Board of Directors
The Birkdale Board of Directors consists of five members; each member serves the
position for two-year terms. Elections are held annually in October, with staggered
positions open each year. All homeowners are eligible to run for the Board, and votes are
accepted in person at the annual meeting and by proxy.
Officers of the Association
There are four Officers of the Birkdale Homeowners’ Association; these are the President,
Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President must also serve on the Board. The
Board of Directors can elect additional members from the Association to serve the other
three positions, or the positions can be served by the Board members themselves.
Currently, the Board of Directors also serves all four Officers of the Association.
